25 King Street was designed by Bates Smart and completed in 2018. It is a 14,965 m 2 NLA office building and is currently (as at 2021), the tallest engineered-timber building in Australia. Architecturally, the building is an extruded, glazed rectilinear volume that expresses its floorplate.
